Together we will build on your existing strengths to help you improve your ability to identify, communicate and manage your thoughts, needs, feelings and experiences. I use a flexible, integrated approach to provide concrete tools to improve your present and help you gain insight into beliefs, thought and patterns that are no longer working. I am trained in evidenced based approaches such as CBT, and we will choose the modality based on what you hope to gain in treatment at this time. This may be short or long term goals. I have extensive experience with adults, children and adolescents. Understanding you in the context of your family and culture is an important part of our work together. When working with children and adolescents, parent participation is essential for progress. I have a warm, empathetic, interactive style and believe authenticity is key to our work together.
